Emerging Stronger Through Each Death and Rebirth
The phoenix has long symbolized the mythic cycle of death and rebirth. This magical creature regenerates by bursting into flames, burning away its old form before arising renewed from the ashes.
Like the phoenix, I’ve undergone periods of burning away old versions of myself so that new identities and potentials could emerge. Each rebirth refines my purpose and strengthens my capacity to guide others through transformation.
My mission is bringing freedom and abundance to visionary entrepreneurs ready to actualize their bold dreams. Having walked through the fire myself, I’m now prepared to help ignite that spark in others.
Destruction makes space for previously unimaginable creation. Like the quantum field of possibilities, we are not fixed beings. Through conscious focus, we can collapse limiting stories and continuously recreate ourselves aligned with our soul’s calling.
By surrendering to the wisdom of each death of an old self, we open to re-becoming with more light, wisdom and creativity. The phoenix offers hope - no matter how much burns away, you will rise again. Trust in the process.
The flames cleared away all that no longer served me so that I could align with my soul's purpose: catalyzing profound empowerment and transformation. From the ashes, I manifested my vision of serving conscious entrepreneurs.
Out of the fire, LA Woman Coaching was born.
This process requires complete surrender - dying to one version of you so a greater self can be reborn. Each rebirth refines our soul purpose and strengthens our capacity to guide others through transformation. By trusting the wisdom of the fire's purging, we transmute pain into power.
Trauma can act as an initiation, cracking us open to expand beyond limited old narratives. By fully feeling and processing our pain, we shed reactive patterns and reclaim our wholeness.
While the process may seem destructive in the moment, the flames clear away only what no longer serves our higher self. We let go of outdated timelines so our destiny can find us.
With each death, we practice non-attachment, recognizing we are not our stories, roles or ego identities. This liberates us from confining self-concepts into radically unscripted futures aligned with our soul's calling.
When we consciously surrender the masks we hide behind, our authentic inner light shines forth unrestrained. We discover liberation in releasing who we thought we should be.
From the ashes, we remember we are phoenixes - able to regenerate ourselves repeatedly into more soulful expressions by aligning with life's death-rebirth cycle. Destruction makes way for creation.

Trauma often cracks us open to expand beyond outdated narratives. As researcher Bessel van der Kolk highlighted in The Body Keeps the Score, traumatic experiences literally imprint on our physiology. Our bodies become addicted to reliving the familiar pain.
Yet when we fully process trauma through practices like somatic therapy, we reprogram those imprints. Feel it to heal it. Our pain transforms into power once released through conscious inner work.

From the ashes of former selves, the phoenix reminds us we can continuously regenerate into more soulful expressions by consciously aligning with cycles of death and rebirth.
